Corporate Training that people remember on Monday morning

Most workshops get forgotten before the parking lot. We design learning experiences rooted in neuroscience, practice, and real workplace friction — so the skills actually transfer back to the job.

Four steps from "we need training" to measurable change

1. Diagnostic conversation

We interview stakeholders and observe the team in action. No generic needs assessments — we look at the specific friction points that slow your people down, from unclear delegation patterns to meetings that drain energy instead of creating decisions.

2. Experience design

Our facilitators build a custom learning arc using scenario simulations, structured peer coaching, and deliberate practice rounds. Every module maps to an observable workplace behaviour, not a vague competency label. We share the full design with you before anyone enters the room.

3. Live facilitation

Sessions run between three hours and three days depending on scope. We keep groups small — twelve participants maximum — so everyone practises, receives feedback, and leaves with a personal action plan they wrote themselves, not a handout we printed.

4. Transfer support

Sixty days after the session we run follow-up coaching calls, gather manager observations, and measure behaviour change against the baseline we set in step one. If the numbers disappoint us, we redesign and re-deliver at no extra cost.

Programs we run most often

Leadership for first-time managers

The jump from individual contributor to people leader is the hardest transition in most careers. This two-day intensive covers feedback delivery, delegation frameworks, and the emotional labour of managing former peers. Participants leave with a 90-day leadership blueprint.

High-stakes communication

Board presentations, difficult client conversations, cross-functional negotiations — this workshop uses video replay and structured rehearsal to help participants find clarity under pressure. We focus on brevity, structure, and reading the room.

Psychological safety labs

Teams that can surface mistakes early outperform teams that hide them. This program teaches leaders and team members specific behaviours — inquiry routines, response scripts, and retrospective formats — that make candour feel safe instead of risky.

Change resilience

Restructures, technology shifts, mergers — change is constant but most people never learn how to navigate it. This program equips teams with cognitive reappraisal techniques, transition mapping, and peer support structures that reduce burnout during turbulent periods.

Remote collaboration mastery

Hybrid work exposed the gap between "we have video calls" and "we collaborate well." This workshop addresses asynchronous decision-making, digital facilitation skills, and the discipline of writing clearly when you cannot rely on hallway conversations.

Custom curriculum builds

If none of the above fits, we design from scratch. Past projects include onboarding academies for scaling startups, cross-cultural negotiation for export teams, and technical writing bootcamps for engineering departments transitioning to public documentation.

Started by practitioners, not consultants

We founded Corporate Skill Enrichment in Montréal after spending a combined twenty-two years inside organizations — leading teams, running projects, and sitting through training that never quite connected to the real work waiting on our desks afterward.

That frustration became our design principle: every minute in the room must earn its place by connecting to a behaviour the participant will actually perform next week. No icebreakers for the sake of icebreakers. No slide decks read aloud. No personality quizzes dressed up as strategy.

Today our facilitation team spans leadership development, organizational psychology, and adult education. We operate primarily across Quebec and Ontario, with virtual delivery available nationwide.
